Why our clients love us!
We have been working out with Joshua via Zoom for over 3 years - for 1-1 and also dual/couple training sessions. Not only have we benefited from his targeted focus on strength and/or flexibility exercises, customized for each of our specific needs, but we've also learned a great deal about fitness and mental health from Joshua's expertise.
We've appreciated how Joshua brings a holistic approach to his workouts, beginning each session asking about our general well-being, how well we're sleeping, any stress and general outlook - always with support, encouragement, genuine interest and good humor.

“I have been working with Josh for over 2 years. I’m a 78 year old woman with lots of “under functioning” body parts. Josh has always been extremely understanding and aware of what works and doesn’t work for me. His knowledge of my physical situation, his positivity, and his truly wonderful listening skills makes him a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him for a client of any age!”

“I recently had baby #3 and am back on the road to getting in shape/losing weight, again, sigh. I recently moved down to Miami and workout with a trainer, and of course it makes me think that there is nobody here that compares with you! I have such great memories of my workouts in Central Park. I only wish I could jump rope like that now! Or kick-butt on those park benches! You’re such an excellent trainer and motivator, I hope your clients realize how lucky they are.”
