  • You want to book an exercise service with us.

  • You email the front desk with all of the details – the type of exercise, the day, the time, etc.

  • The front desk books our service for you, including all of the details you’ve provided.

  • One of our trainers arrives at the hotel at the time and day specified.

  • You enjoy a private workout in the comfort of your hotel room!
