It doesn’t matter if it’s a gorgeous sunny day or if it’s raining cats and dogs – our boot camps go on as scheduled unless someone tells you otherwise! Because of this, we don’t offer any refunds or rescheduling. If you’re committed to a boot camp, you’ve got to be 100% committed.

Here at Mind Over Matter, we offer three different boot camps:

2020 Boot Camp Offerings​

BOOT CAMPS

  • Battery Park City Stroller Boot Camp Our Stroller Boot Camp is the perfect way to get out of your exercise rut and do something different! Set aside an hour a week for eight weeks and watch the weight drop off!

  • No babysitters needed! Little ones of all ages are welcome.

  • Stroller Boot Camp includes everything our standard boot camp has – warm up, cardio, strength training, stretching, and a cool down period. Race walk, jog, squat, lunge, and more.

    • All exercises incorporate your child and your stroller in unique, creative ways

  • Harlem Stroller Boot Camp

  • Central Park Boot Camp Class – This class is open to people of all fitness levels.

  • Washington Square Park Stroller Boot Camp

  • Central Park MILF Boot Camp – Want to work out without the stroller? Our Mothers Interested in Living Fit (MILF) boot camp is perfect for you! If you’re a mom and want to get back to your pre-pregnancy weight, this is the boot camp for you.

  • Yoga Boot Camp – Our yoga boot camps are the perfect way for you to learn yoga and get the body you want! You can bring your baby with you or exercise without your little one.

YOGA CLASSES

  • AVON 39 Beginner’s Yoga Class – we’ve partnered with AVON 39 to teach a beginner’s yoga class for those who are part of AVON 39’s October Walk to End Breast Cancer.

  • Mommy and Me Yoga – We’ll once again be offering our Mommy and Me Yoga class in Central Park! This one-day class gives you a chance to see why yoga is perfect for you and your young one.

    • Get back in shape after your pregnancy and lose that extra weight you might have gained around the belly with the different core exercises and abdominal work.

    • With the stretching and yoga exercises, you’ll leave this boot camp knowing how to strengthen your back, flatten your stomach, and get those lean, long muscles you’ve always wanted.

    • No need for a baby sitter! Your little one is more than welcome to come to class with you!

    • Open to mommies of all fitness levels.

  • Hoboken Pier 13 Open Boot Camp – Join us at our open boot camp for six weeks of training!

    • All levels of fitness welcome.

    • Everyone is welcome! This class is open to men and women.

    • Location: Hoboken, NJ, at the foot of Pier 13

  • Doga – Dog Yoga! Bring your furry friend to this course! Mind Over Matter has created a yoga program that will help you and your dog get in shape and feel relaxed.

    • Your dog must be well-behaved and comfortable being around other dogs
