Put down the Blackberry. Switch the computer to hibernate, turn off the television and shut off the cell phone. Even if it that means you don’t finish the rest of this thought…..you can’t do it, can you?
We’ve all become slaves to the technological culture that we have created for ourselves, a technological paradox if you will. What was supposed to be created to connect all us has now isolated us to our unhealthy selves.
That’s not to say that technology is not without its merits. After all, I would not be able to reach any of you if were not for it. However, all of these are more excuses why you are yet to get to the gym. Why you have yet to start that new exercise routine you have promised yourself long ago.
It all adds up. So you stay a little bit later in the office that day, one more person you need to Facebook, one more you tube you need to download, one more video you need to watch. All of these moments in time added up could easily equal an extra workout during the week or at the very least, an extra ten minutes on the treadmill.
Break free from the shackles of technology. Spend a little time on yourself. Take care of yourself, better yourself by undoing all of the damage you’ve done to you posture sitting at a desk for ten hours a day. Stave off the tide of carpel tunnel syndrome from hammering away on the Blackberry. Put those backs, hands, feet and every other part of your body to good use.
We are the only mammal created to stand on two legs, yet we’ve done everything to regress back to our pre-historic posture. Unplug.



Would you chance to know if it is’s safe to lift weights while trying to lose weight? I have made it my new years resolution so I am trying to stay with it.
I’ve a tough time losing weight too.
Of course you can do that, in fact I would suggest you do that. Muscle is the only thing known to burn fat.
Keep in mind that the more muscle you have the more fat you burn.
However, muscle also weighs more than fat, so you will have the appearance of looking thinner and you will go down in sizes, but your overall weight may not drop.
Most importantlt, only lift weights in a supervised environment.

Not so much you can do but to mark it as spam. It has a lot tp do with the coding of the site and safe domains. Research that and see what you come up with.

Cosistency, and patience should always be held in high regard when using traditional workoput materials. In all actuality our own bodies in combination with gravity allow for enough resistance to obtain a full body workout. Please be more specific so I may elaborate on this subject.

If you are truly serious about losing weight, you need to make serious, life-long lifestyle changes which are practical – and healthy! But eating the amount you intend to, your body isn’t getting nearly enough nutrients, or calorie intake thus will go into starvation mode and horde every calorie; your metabolism will be wrecked, and you will end up right back at square one.

So I’ve been trying to fix this problem for some time. My left peck is nice and full, but my right peck is a bit lop-sided. When I am not flexing it, it is fine, but when I do flex it, all the muscle near the middle goes toward the right, leaving the middle pretty much muscle-less.
