
Reality television is an oxymoron on to itself. What you don’t witness is really the difference between success and failure when it comes to fitness. Watching a 300 pound person loose 2 lbs in a week while crying for 20 min doesn’t constitute a solid fitness regimen.
If you are not in the enviable position to quit your job, life, family and friends to exercise for 6 hours then you are where the rest of us are…in Reality. Its going to take far more than tuning in for 1 hour a week and feeling guilty about it afterwards to reach your fitness goals.
Put down the remote or at the very least strap a 10 lb weight it and go outside. Join a gym. Take a yoga class or find a hobby that involves movement. Turn off the TV and step back into reality.
